My tours for this year 2018 are Palmeira Mansions at 11am on the first Sunday of each month, a very popular tour because of the remarkable interior of this Victorian house and story behind it. In the summer once again I will be running 'Brighton's Seawater Tour' along the seafront looking at our sea-bathing heritage, these tours will take place at 11am on most Sundays during July, August and September. There is no need to book in advance for these two tours, just turn up on the day. However private tours can be booked for small groups and societies.
The Brighton Fringe Festival in May. Exclusive after hours tours at Sea Life Brighton, the 'Aquarium History Tour' gives a rare opportunity to learn about the grade II listed magnificent Victorian building. When it opened in 1872 it was described as 'social and scientific' originally housing a winter garden, conservatory, reading room and restaurant in addition to being one of the earliest aquariums. I will also be running the Brighton Station tours over the weekends, to save disappointment book early as tickets always sell out.
